MEET YOUR TEACHER
Hello! I have been involved in the study and teaching of body mind practices for the past 30 years. My lifelong career has been in the world of somatic education. I taught Hatha Yoga when it was just Yoga. I have sat with countless stressed out corporate Americans guiding them through Mindfulness Meditation as an antidote to stress.
And then my world flipped upside down when I discovered the amazing disciplines of The Feldenkrais Method and later The Anat Baniel NeuroMovement Method. It was an awakening of my inner intelligence that no other discipline could arouse.
