I'm Adrienne Penebre

Despite years of exercise, yoga, and self-care, I developed chronic pain and stiffness that slowly took away my confidence in myself and my body. Understanding how the brain learns movement changed everything.

With over 20 years of experience teaching and studying movement, I now I help women over 40 regain confidence in the way they move—by working with the brain, not pushing through the body.
