Do you feel fragmented?
On edge?
Deeply fatigued in a way that rest doesn’t fix?
Whether you’re navigating a health event, long-term caregiving, menopause, or a major life transition—you may feel like you’ve lost the thread of yourself.
Not all at once.
But gradually.
This isn’t something wrong with you.
It’s your nervous system doing exactly what it was designed to do:
protect you.
But over time, protection can start to feel like:
- constant tension
- exhaustion
- or a system that stays “on,” even when you want to settle
The Integration Lab isn’t about fixing you.
It’s about helping your system reorganize.
Through precise, guided movement and directed attention, you’ll shift out of survival patterns—and reconnect with a deeper sense of coherence and ease.
What This Is
This is not a yoga class or relaxation session.
It’s a guided somatic learning experience where you actively work with your nervous system—through movement and attention—to shift stress adaptations that have emerged in response to recent life events, supporting meaningful and lasting reintegration.
What to Expect
Guided Somatic Exploration
Slow, precise movement sequences that help your system reorganize—without force, stretching, or performance.
Understanding Your System
Clear, accessible insight into how stress shapes your experience—and how change becomes possible through awareness.
Integration
Time and space for your system to register and stabilize what’s shifting.

A highly attentive environment with a maximum of 12 participants.
