I’m Adrienne.

Movement should be a resource, not a chore.

I’ve spent over 20 years helping people move with less pain and more confidence, but my path here was deeply personal. For years, I taught yoga while quietly living with chronic pain myself. Everything changed when I realized that true ease doesn’t come from stretching harder or exercising more—it comes from teaching the brain how to better organize the body.
