These 3 mini-lessons will shift you from feeling fatigued and stressed out to large and recharged.
 
Learn to find a better base of support so you can move dynamically to govern your affairs with power, poise and purpose. 

1. All you need is a quiet space and a flat seated chair.

Make sure your feet can rest flat on the floor. If your knees are lower than your thighs like Lady Marge here, then put one or two books or mags of equal height under each foot. (Obviously this is Lady Marge and Sir Henry before doing their lessons.)

 

2. Do the lessons in order.

You can do them consecutively in one 30 minute session. Or you can do one or two at different times each day. Repeat the series until you feel changes.  

 

3. Don't watch. Listen & do.

The video is not meant to be watched, it's just there in case you are totally confused. Put the the screen to the side and follow along with the audio. Really, don't look. I dare you!
