THE MOVEMENT LESSONS
You will be clarifying and improving your sensory motor skills through organic learning. Replace the idea of doing it right with the gifts of self respect and patience. Upgrading your sense of vitality for life is the sweet reward.
Moovy lessons work in a very direct and simple way to improve your life. By learning how to apply the skill of attention to how you move, and focusing your awareness on feeling the action of your movement, you will make new distinctions about the quality of your movements. You will also learn how conflicting intentions create conflicting movements.
As you recognize and value moving with ease, comfort, and enjoyment you will will awaken to a whole new dimension of your self in action. This experience will change how you move through your life, in areas where you may not expect it.
Self learning through movement is like directing and starring in your own film.
Noticing how you move makes you aware of your silent (unconscious) habits. Your body language speaks to the roles you play and the way you live, work and think.
As you learn to tune-in, you feel more and get better at shaping your response. Maybe back pain is really saying, "This is too much, tone it down please." With a wider movement repertoire, you have finer sensitivity, more freedom and better options.
Once we experience moving with comfort and skill, our brains seek to create the conditions to do more of it. That is our human bio-talent.
SO DON'T BE SURPRISED IF...
After you've been doing lessons for awhile, you find yourself making surprising, out-of-character changes in your life. From wearing different clothes, to changing your job, to engaging in enjoyable activities you would never have imagined or allowed before,
changes in behavior and attitude are an almost inevitable result of being in this process.
