I really enjoy these lessons.
I had just begun to create movements on my yoga mat to relieve the tension in my abdomen. Having done so it triggered me to ask where else can I go for help? Then I remembered Moovy, my friend - So I log in, see where I am up to, and press play. To my surprise and joy, you have designed the perfect thing for my abdomen. Thank you! I feel so much better.
My balance was better.
When I first started this lesson swinging one leg forward and back the thigh area of my standing leg ached. This occurred as I worked on each side. and my balance was wobbly on each side. At the end of the lesson, there was no thigh ache. and my balance was better.

Love this lesson! My hips were swinging like a runway model when I got up to walk. Feels fantastic!

Something has opened up for me.
Today after doing my lesson, I was able to pick raspberries and blueberries from my garden for about an hour without feeling like I had a knife between my shoulder blades. So something has opened up for me. Yay!!!
Better quality of movement.
I have noticed a better quality of movement when I look back over my shoulder when driving my car. Instead of just rotating my head/neck as in the past, I am now aware of movement through my trunk/spine to turn my body to a larger range of vision. This occured spontaneously after doing lessons here. My awareness of it followed the movement.
I am grateful for the expanded freedom in movement.
I have done all lessons twice before moving on and I am now repeating the entire series. My attention has improved immensely and I'm able to attend to the secondary body movements that are occurring with each lesson. The sensation that I have gained that the power in my gait is generated in the hip and not the leg has carried over in subsequent weeks and I am grateful for the expanded freedom in movement.
Felt light and airy.
When standing after the lesson my body had the sensation of being a butterfly-when one section moved I felt the shift/tilt in all parts. Like a breeze pushing on one part was felt in the whole. Felt light and airy. The center rolled easier.

Taller as I walk.
I've noticed myself feeling "longer"-maybe even taller as I walk. I'm looking forward to my tai chi practice after this session to see/experience anything I notice.
Spoonfuls of nourishment
I am also trying to commit to 2 lessons a week. I love the "brevity" yet the completeness of each lesson. I feel as though I am taking spoonfuls of nourishment, just enough to digest until the next one.
