I know what it’s like when tension won’t release — when “trying harder” doesn’t work.
For me, it showed up as years of chronic back pain that nothing could fix — not yoga, not PT, not strength training.

Then I discovered NeuroMovement®, and everything changed.
My pain wasn’t about posture or strength — it was about years of unconscious bracing against life.

That realization reshaped my world.
Over the past 15 years, I’ve guided hundreds of people — including those living with pain, injury, and complex health challenges —
