My story? I was a yoga teacher suffering from 10 years of back pain. Talk about irony. I was teaching movement for a living while secretly struggling with my own body. I tried everything: physical therapy, massage, more yoga, strength training. Some things helped temporarily, but nothing really stuck. I was frustrated, exhausted, and starting to wonder if this was just my "new normal."
That's when I discovered the NeuroMovement® Method—and had a breakthrough realization. My back pain wasn't just from 'bad posture'—it was from years of bracing against stress, holding myself together, and never learning to truly let go.
