MY STORY
 

"I felt just as stuck as you might feel now."

 

For years, I believed that if I just stretched more or practiced more, my back pain would eventually resolve. As a yoga teacher, I was doing everything “right”—yet I was secretly hiding a body that was failing me. Until eventually I was debilitated with chronic pain. 

Everything changed when I learned how to leverage the brain to organize movement. After more than 15 years as a brain-based movement specialist, I’ve seen again and again that lasting change comes from giving the brain better information—not more effort.

I created Moovy Studio to share this work—distilling decades of movement education into potent, 20-minute sessions that restore ease, confidence, and capability.
